What We Do?
QUANTITY SURVEYING
At the design stage:
- preparation of the investment budget and its update,
- determination of the financial risk of investment,
- opinions on the cost-relating design solutions,
- propose alternative solutions in order to optimize the investments cost (value engineering).
Pre contract:
- tenders pre-qualification,
- preparation of tender documents and organising the tender for building contractors,
- negotiations with the bidders,
- preparing the contract to be signed by the investor and the contractor for signature.
Post contract:
- circulation of financial documentation of the contract,
- monthly payments certification,
- claims verification,
- providing the final settlement of investment,
- checking subcontractors payments,
- issuing payments certificates for releasing retention money.
Project Management
We control the investment as a project manager providing:
- design schedules
- construction schedules
- project progress reports
- all project participants coordination


SITE SUPERVISION:
Site supervision in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Law and:
- quality control and monitoring of construction,
- checking works in terms of their compliance with the approved documentation and relevant regulations and standards,
- investment schedule monitoring,
- on behalf of investors we participate in commissioning of partly executed elements, completed construction works, installation, mounted devices and equipment,
- provide all permissions required by Polish Building Law,
- provide snags list and recommend repairs terms,
- commissioning building to use,
- warranty period inspections,
- periodic buildings inspection.
DESIGNS
Our office provides:
- concepts, drawings, workshop drawings,
- obtaining the building permit,
- historical building renovation project with change of use decision,
- building audits and energy performance certificates,
- construction works technical specifications and conditions for the implementation.
